PDX Stripper Strike Agreements:
1. Agree to invest in ongoing accredited cultural sensitivity training for all staff, management, and owners. There are many companies that provide outstanding training services that can be easily found online.
2. Make a public, strike-approved post on your social media accounts in solidarity with the strike and striking workers so Portland will know you are working towards these goals. To obtain a strike-approved image to post, please respond to this email.
3. Participate in our listening sessions. There will be both paper and online listening sessions where local staff will talk about their interactions with the adult industry of Portland within the context of cultural sensitivity.
